上圖是我畫(huà)的,12V電壓經(jīng)過(guò)高頻變壓器逆變?yōu)?50V高頻電壓,再經(jīng)過(guò)快速二極管FR604整流濾波變?yōu)?00V直流電壓,到這一步都很成功,再接下去這個(gè)300V直流電壓變?yōu)?0HZ220V交流電壓(原理圖如上圖所示)這步出錯(cuò)不知錯(cuò)在哪里.請(qǐng)各位師傅們指點(diǎn).
上橋臂的功率管導(dǎo)通以后,源極電位上升,超過(guò)柵極電位以后,功率管截止,這樣橋臂上面的兩個(gè)功率管是沒(méi)有辦法工作的,可以使用IR2110自舉驅(qū)動(dòng),或者使用光耦隔離,用單獨(dú)的電源給驅(qū)動(dòng)電路供電,橋臂上面的兩個(gè)管用兩組電源單獨(dú)供電.

圖中的柵極驅(qū)動(dòng)電阻這么大幾K了? 那驅(qū)動(dòng)波形上升下降很慢啊,驅(qū)動(dòng)電路不錯(cuò)啊,呵呵,開(kāi)思路了我

請(qǐng)教一下你說(shuō)的用3525驅(qū)動(dòng),那個(gè)驅(qū)動(dòng)地是什么意思啊用3525驅(qū)動(dòng)作半橋式電路還需要接脈沖變壓器嗎
You can use a special driving circuit,it likes inverter's output stage.
But it can only use in low frequency circuit.
If you want to use in high frequency,isolated transformer is necessary.Of course you can use special IC,such as IRF2104 etc.
