小弟在做一個4lamp inverter, 采用的是半橋拓撲結構,1推2的形式,變壓器為EFD20,匝數比為19:2350.5, MOS-FET 為30v@9a dual的形式. 2pcs, 現在發現變壓器的溫度很可怕,在敞開的環境下面,溫度磁芯達到了50度,線圈的溫度要比鐵心高,mos的日子也不好過,快進入中年45了,不知道那位高手愿意幫小弟一把,把溫度給降低一點,那怕5度也是一個很偉大的進步,先謝謝各位!

EFD20L should be enough,EEL19 also OK. The surface temperature should be below 40 degree. I think your transformer turn ratio is too high. If your CCFL lamp is in parallel connection,75 turn ratio is enough.

The panel's spec is attached, but i think the transformer ratio is not very high, if I change the ratio from 120 to 100, the inverter does not work, otherwise, would you tell me how to calculate the half-bridge topology transformer?
