請看電路,此APFC電路原適用于90V-265V線路,我想用此電路改造成24V-48V輸入,輸出不變,功率在80W左右.若行,則如何調整?請各位大師多多指點?IC不限于33262,7524、6561都可以.

謝謝,我是想升到280V就可以了.我按照常規的方法計算了參數:R1=10K,R2=1.1M,R3=10K,R5=220K,R7=0.075Ω/3W,L=100μΗ.接下去開始調試了,兄臺們看看有否問題?
I think you should consider the total cost of Boost MOSFET, half-bridge transitor , E-CAP and so on. Technially, it seems not too difficult and there is no big difference under different DC-BUS!
I suggestion you should set DCBUS to 200V, so that you can select 250V rate E-CAP, Transistor and so on!

主要損耗:輸入整流橋,主功率管(都要加良好散熱器).AC24V輸入,80W輸出時,PFC總損耗近20W.升壓變壓器EE28的匝數32T:3T,氣隙大于1.5mm,32T要用0.33線多股繞,電感量約130微亨.Q1的型號:IRFP350(15A400V)勉強可用,要加良好散熱器,最好選電流20A的.R7=0.135Ω3WD5=MUR440C7=2-3微法(用兩個或3個小容量并)以上僅供參考..
非常感謝!我調試時得到的是輸入60W,燈功率40W,功耗這么大是否屬于正常?如是的話我無法接受此方案了;輸入輸出電壓都符合設計要求,但工作還有嘯叫聲.望繼續得到您的支持.
