壓敏電阻的安規問題,請高人指點
大家好,我最近和TUV合作,他們要求壓敏電阻的溫度為85度,我的操作溫度50度,所以測試不過,但我以前和UL,ITS,等其他認證單位都不要求溫度限定,而且在報告中也沒控管溫度,只控管電壓,這是為什么,我做過產品環境溫度80度以上的UL目擊測試都能過,一般說來這些保護性元件在正常狀態下不會有太大的溫度,所以也只是靠量下面的PCB呀,誰給我解釋,VDE報告只是寫了操作溫度85度,為什么就是限定值呢,電容這些怎么有不是這樣寫的呢?而且壓敏電阻本題也沒有溫度呀,急!

一般可不作控制.如果懷疑超出的話,可在其附近空位置處懸空進行測試,為穩定起見,可加一小金屬球(用膠帶包一下).
IEC 60950-1: 2005是這樣規定的(IEC 60065也有類似的規定):
1.5 components
1.5.1 General
Where safety is involved, components sahll comply either with the requirements of this standard or with the safety aspects of the relevant IEC component standards.
1.5.9 Surge suppressors
If a surge suppressor is used in a primary ciurcit, it shall be a VDR and it shall comply with Annex Q.
Annex Q
A VDR used in a primary ciurcit shall comply with IEC 61051-2, with the following details.
a) Preferred climatic categories (2.1.1 of IEC 61051-2)
Lower category temperature : -10 oC
upper category temperature: +85 oC
可見在測試中對VDR還是對其環境溫度有溫度限制的.平時如果沒有刻意考核此限值,是放松了限制.過高的溫度會加速其燃燒或爆裂.
