隨著全球能效標準的日益嚴格,外部電源設計師應隨時瞭解最新的法規變化.能源之星(Energy Star)最近發佈了2.0版外部電源能效規格.修正後的規格大幅提高了工作頻率要求,同時近一步降低待機功耗要求.新規格將於本年度11月份正式生效.
除了進一步提高現行的負載及空載要求外,新規格還專門為低電壓/高電流外部電源制訂了單獨的效率規格,這在其它同類外部電源規格或標準中是沒有的.
所附檔案為Chroma公司整理能源之星對EPS的1.1和2.0版的內容差異外, 也包含對電腦, 內部電源的規範. 另外也列出對量測儀器功率表的要求. 請參考.

有兩個問題請教DX,
1: 能源之星2.0對待機功耗的規定是在何種電壓下測量?(若只測~115V那很容易,若要~230V也滿足就有難度).
2: 能源之星2.0只對輸入功率>=100W的電源要求功率因數必須>0.9,只在115V 60Hz下測量.230V 50Hz不測.然而照明行業歐洲人要求輸入功率>25W的LED電源PF>0.9,還要求偕波必須符合EN61000-3-2 CLASS C,那做LED電源怎么過能源之星2.0??? 難道做個能源之星2.0只賣到美國加拿大?
高功率因數的LED電源待機功耗能做到<0.3W(~230V)真有難度!
就連Philips 2008年10月剛發布的UBA3070也只能達到待機功耗<=0.5W的水平.
當然Philips也有小功率的驅動IC也可滿足<=0.3W,可做20W~50W的就難了.
能否幫忙確定一下,能源之星2.0對0~50W待機功耗的測試電壓!

1: EN61000-3-2 Class C對諧波騷擾的限制實際上就等于對有功功率>25W的產品提出了功率因數要求:功率因數低于0.9的電子鎮流器是很難滿足EN61000-3-2標準的(電感鎮流器除外).
2: 歐洲肯定會要求>25W的大功率LED電源必須符合EN61000-3-2(盡管現在還沒有頒布).因為它屬于照明電源嘛!我們按照最嚴格的條件開發產品就不會出問題.
3: LED電源的待機功耗要求我是在Philips的LED驅動芯片發布會上看到的.作為照明產品,待機功耗是沒有任何要求的,只是能源之星對開關電源有要求.所以我認為對LED照明電源也提出待機功耗要求只不過是那些芯片廠商想壟斷LED驅動芯片市場而提出的一些技術壁壘,沒有任何實際用處.
4: 通過幾天的技術攻關,我的L6562D單級PFC 30W LED電源已經達到了EPS2.0要求.增加了幾個元件,控制好啟動電流就好了.
5: LED電源一般只能使用恒流電源,對于100W以上的大功率LED電源有的廠家對每串LED單獨恒流,比如17串4并,那么就要做4個DC-DC恒流模塊.我想了個辦法可以讓DC-DC恒流模塊降價80%.不知哪位DX對該項目有研究,我想跟他交流一下.

B. Power Factor Correction
In addition to the Active Mode efficiency requirements found above, all qualifying power supplies with a nameplate output power (Pno) of greater than or equal to 75 watts must have a true power factor of 0.9 or greater when measured at 100% of rated output.
Note: In recent years, there has been increased interest from the international efficiency community in decreasing the effect that high wattage products have on power quality. To this end, EPA has included power factor requirements for high power devices. Power factor correction helps to cut I-squared R losses in building distribution wiring significantly, yielding increased savings in large buildings. For the purpose of this specification, all EPSs with a power output of at least 75 watts will be required to have a power factor of at least 0.9 at 100% of rated load. This 75-watt cutoff coincides with the European regulation EN 61000-3-2, which went into effect in 2001 and requires limited total harmonic distortion for appliances above 75 watts input power. A power factor of at least 0.9 at 100% of rated load is consistent with the internal power supply requirement in the Version 4.0 ENERGY STAR Computer specification. At these levels, approximately 90% of current ENERGY STAR qualified power supplies can meet this requirement.
B. Power Factor Correction
