汽車電瓶在發動時一般有15、6伏,應該可以直接帶筆記本了吧,你試試

汽車電瓶在發動時電壓在9V左右,起動后為13.8V

這不是應用于汽車的!!

我開發的一個項目有點類似,輸入10-16.8v,輸出19v,3.5A,能不能合作一下,
