如果你的DVD需要的功率大于25W而小于60W,NCP1200+MOSFET是一很好的組合,同時如需更大的功率,只需將NCP1200改為NCP1216,MOSFET功率加大即可.如功率小于25W可采用ST VIPER22A或ON NCP1014AP065,主要特點是集成為MOSFET與PWM,本人認為在相同的價格基礎上NCP1014AP065更具有優勢,因為其MOSFET的耐壓高于VIPER22A 100V.
